I am a recent graduate from Whitman College with a degree in Computer Science and Economics. Currently working as a Data Engineer at Citi Bank, I have a strong foundation in data engineering and a passion for machine learning. I have co-founded Tapay, a payment solution for Rwandan institutions. My goal is to leverage my skills in technology to create impactful solutions and transition into a Machine Learning Engineer role.

Tapay
Tapay is a modern payment platform in Rwanda that uses NFC-enabled technology for seamless and secure transactions. It offers real-time tracking, automated billing, and NFC card management. It is designed for businesses of all sizes and aims to expand the digital payment landscape in Rwanda.
TranslateAI
Developed TranslateAI, an AI-powered translation tool designed to provide seamless translation services across multiple languages. The project leverages advanced machine learning models to offer accurate and context-aware translations. Due to hardware and computational cost constraints, the project is currently offline.
I like building things
Throughout my journey, I have actively participated in over 2 hackathons. These dynamic events gather creative and motivated individuals from across the country to collaborate and build innovative projects within just 2-3 days. Being part of such a vibrant community has been incredibly inspiring, as it showcases the limitless potential of teamwork and ingenuity in solving real-world problems.

Won first place with a team-designed website that helps an eye hospital in Rwanda. The website facilitates better patient management and streamlines appointment scheduling, significantly improving the hospital's operational efficiency.
